Add Signature on Delivery (+£0.77) and your parcel is sent Royal Mail Tracked & Signed: it will not be left in a safe place, and if nobody can sign it is held at your local delivery office. Otherwise you accept safe drop, which authorises Royal Mail to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour; once scanned as delivered it is your responsibility and we cannot replace a parcel that goes missing afterwards.

Card payments are charged at the listed price with no fee or surcharge; bank transfer receives a 4% discount and crypto a 8% discount, each itemised on the order summary before you confirm. All sales are final. Returns are not accepted and change-of-mind refunds are not offered, due to the nature of research chemicals. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days via our contact page with photos and we will arrange a free replacement (or a refund if a replacement is unavailable). Purity is product- and batch-specific. For a single-compound product, the product page shows the available HPLC result for the listed batch. A blend does not have one meaningful combined purity percentage; where a blend report is available, it quantifies the individual actives by mass instead. Check the product page and COA Library for the current result and report status.

Published Certificates of Analysis are linked by batch in our COA Library when a report is on file. A batch still awaiting a public document is marked On request. Report contents vary by product and test method: a single-compound report may show HPLC purity and identity data, while a blend report may quantify its individual actives by mass.

The resulting chromatogram shows the percentage of each component: the target peptide peak versus any impurities. A 99%+ result means at least 99% of the detected material is the target compound.

Published certificates identify the issuing third-party laboratory, the tested batch and the methods reported. The current library includes reports issued by Janoshik Analytical, published as received so the result can be checked. Report availability is shown separately for each batch.
