Opened Products

Due to the nature of research chemicals, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned — once a vial's seal is broken, its integrity can no longer be verified.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — you do not pay the cost of return in these cases.
