Terms of Service

The Site is operated, and every product is sold, by PEPTIDE CENTRAL UK LTD (company number 17350045), registered office 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom, trading as Peptide Central ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Peptide Central website (the "Site") or purchasing any product from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms of Service ("Terms"), and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products.

All peptides and compounds listed on this Site are sold strictly for legitimate in-vitro scientific research conducted by qualified researchers in professional laboratory settings. By purchasing any product, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institution purchasing for lawful laboratory research purposes only. (b) You will not use any purchased compound for human consumption, veterinary use, or any purpose other than in-vitro research. (c) You understand that the compounds have not been evaluated or approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) or any equivalent regulatory authority for therapeutic use. (d) You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

You must be at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and be authorised to use the nominated payment method in order to place an order with Peptide Central. By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of those requirements.

If you misrepresent your age, legal capacity, identity, or payment authority in connection with an order, that conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In those circumstances, we may refuse service, cancel the order, decline future orders, report the matter where appropriate, and take any other action reasonably necessary to protect our business, payment providers, and customers.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, purity data, and specifications displayed on the Site are accurate. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available for every batch via our COA Library. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

By submitting an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for non-research or fraudulent purposes.

Prices are displayed and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP). No VAT is added at checkout; should we become VAT-registered, displayed prices will be stated inclusive of VAT. We accept payment by card (processed securely by Stripe), UK bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Card payments are charged at the displayed price with no fee or surcharge. Bank transfers receive a 4% discount and cryptocurrency payments a 8% discount, each itemised as a separate line on the order summary before you confirm payment. The amount charged is the GBP total shown on the final checkout step. There is no currency conversion and no foreign-transaction margin applied by us. Payment must be completed in full before any order is dispatched.

We endeavour to dispatch all in-stock orders the same business day after payment confirmation (for orders placed before 2pm UK time). All orders are delivered within the United Kingdom by Royal Mail (Tracked 48 for standard, Tracked 24 for express); delivery times are Royal Mail's service aims, are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. At checkout you must either purchase Signature on Delivery, in which case the parcel is sent Tracked & Signed and will not be left without a signature, or accept our safe-drop terms, which authorise Royal Mail to leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address or with a neighbour. Where you accept safe drop, risk in the goods passes to you when Royal Mail records the parcel as delivered, and we are not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or missing after that point. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure that importing the relevant compounds is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Where a product is sold on a pre-order basis, any dispatch date, ETA window, or estimated stock arrival date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Pre-order timelines may change due to supplier, manufacturing, import, customs, freight, or carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are not accepted, and change-of-mind refunds and exchanges are not offered. Once a product has left our facility its integrity cannot be verified, so it cannot be restocked or resold.

The only circumstances in which we refund or replace a product are where it arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the item you ordered. If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g. photographs and your order number). We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or refund the affected items if a replacement is unavailable.

If an order is placed through fraudulent or false misrepresentation of age, legal capacity, identity, or authority to use a payment method, and the order has already been dispatched, no refund will be provided for dispatched research goods that cannot safely be returned or resold due to their nature, to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds are not automatically available solely because a pre-order dispatch or stock arrival estimate is delayed. Any request for a refund arising from a pre-order delay will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and remains at our discretion except where a remedy is otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other law where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peptide Central and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and the KLOW blend formulation, is the property of Peptide Central and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, save that nothing prevents you from relying on any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence within the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
