Shipping Policy

Peptide Central delivers exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and sent by Royal Mail, fully tracked. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2.00pm (UK time) on a business day (Monday, Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard shipping is a flat rate of £6.99. Express shipping is available for £9.99. Orders with a subtotal over £100 qualify for free standard shipping, and orders with a subtotal over £200qualify for free express shipping if express is selected at checkout. Delivery times are Royal Mail's service aims and are estimates only; they may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas may require additional transit time.

3. Signature on Delivery & Safe Drop

At checkout you must choose one of two delivery preferences:

• Signature on Delivery (£0.77 add-on).Your parcel is sent Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. The postie will not leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour; if nobody is available to sign, a card is left and the parcel is held at your local delivery office for collection or redelivery. This fee applies even when your postage is otherwise free, because the signed service costs more to send.
• Safe drop (no signature). By accepting the safe-drop terms you authorise Royal Mail to leave the parcel in a safe place at the address, or with a neighbour, without a signature. Once Royal Mail scans the parcel as delivered it is your responsibility, and Peptide Central is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen or go missing after a safe drop. If you want full cover, choose Signature on Delivery.

4. Pre-Order Items & Estimated Dates

From time to time, certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Any pre-order dispatch date, ETA window, or stock arrival date shown on the site, at checkout, or in order communications is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Pre-order dates may change or be delayed due to supplier, manufacturing, import, customs, freight, or carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where practicable, we will update affected customers if there is a material delay.

5. Packaging

All orders are shipped in secure, discreet packaging labelled for research use, with no branding or product descriptions on the outside. Lyophilised peptides are packaged to protect against physical damage during transit.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through Royal Mail's website, or via our order tracking page. If you have not received a tracking number within two business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@peptidecentraluk.com.

6. United Kingdom Delivery Only

At this time, Peptide Central delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer delivery to other destinations from this store. All orders must be delivered to a valid United Kingdom address.

Because orders are dispatched from within the United Kingdom, no import duties, taxes or customs processing apply. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

7. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including your postcode. Peptide Central is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@peptidecentraluk.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@peptidecentraluk.com with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged packaging. We will investigate and work with you to arrange a resolution.
