Why This Page Exists

Search "research peptide prices UK" and the results are a mess of forum threads, outdated vendor pages and marketing copy that quotes a number with no documentation behind it. This page is the reference we wished existed when we started: current UK catalogue prices, organised by research category, with the purity figure and batch-documentation status attached to each one, and an honest explanation of what actually drives the price difference between two vials labelled with the same compound.

This is a pillar page, not a deep dive. It covers pricing reasoning across the whole catalogue at a category level. Per-compound breakdowns, cost-per-mg ladders and format comparisons for individual peptides are a separate layer of content we are publishing over time; this page is the hub they will link back to.

All prices below are current UK catalogue prices in GBP at time of publication and are checked against the live shop rather than typed once and left to go stale. What a Peptide Price Should Reflect

Two vials can carry the same compound name and the same nominal mass and still be priced very differently, honestly, because the number on the label is not the only variable. Four things drive a legitimate price:

  • Purity grade. HPLC purity is a measured percentage, not a marketing claim, and pushing a synthesis from 95% to 99%+ costs real chromatography passes and real yield loss. Our guide to HPLC purity covers how the figure is derived and what it does and does not tell you.
  • Sequence and molecular complexity. A short heptapeptide and a ~250-residue triple receptor agonist are not the same manufacturing problem. Cross-compound price comparisons (Retatrutide against BPC-157, say) tell you almost nothing; the honest comparison is the same compound across sellers.
  • Single compound vs. blend. A blend is quantified by the mass of each active component rather than a single purity figure, which is a different, not lesser, documentation standard.
  • Batch-specific third-party testing and UK stock. Independent HPLC and mass-spectrometry testing per batch, published against the batch number before you order, costs money every batch, and holding stock domestically removes the multi-week overseas transit window entirely. Both show up in the price.

Cost Per Milligram Is the Comparison That Matters

Comparing two sellers' "10mg vial" price tells you less than it looks like it does, because vial size is a packaging decision, not a potency one. A 30mg vial and a 10mg vial from the same batch contain the same material at the same purity; only the mass differs, and the larger format is reliably cheaper per milligram once you divide it out. When a per-compound pricing page for a specific SKU is published on this site, that per-mg table is the number to check first, not the headline vial price.

Verifying a Price Against What Is Actually in the Vial

A price only means something once it is checked against documentation. Three things are worth confirming before treating any quoted price as a fair one:

1. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, including a legible HPLC chromatogram and mass-spectrometry identity confirmation, not just a purity number typed onto a product page. Our how to read a peptide COA guide walks through each section.

2. The batch number on the report matching the batch number on the vial you receive. A report for a different batch establishes nothing about yours.

3. A price that sits within the band the rest of the documented market occupies. A price well below that band is the single most useful red flag covered in how to spot a scam peptide supplier, and it is worth reading in full before treating any unusually cheap listing as good value.
